2 1/2 (6-8) tart cooking apples apples such as granny smith or greening 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup flour 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg Milk Pie crust (2 shells)
Peal, core and slice apples lengthwise. (You should have about 8 cups). Mix apple slices with sugarm flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Bake at 425 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Until golden brown.
