Beef and Vegtable Stir-Fry

2 medium steaks, tenterized and sliced
1/2 green pepper
3 stalks celery
3 green onions
handful of bean sprouts
handful of pea pods
vinegar
soy sauce
salt
pepper
garlic

Put meat in one bowl.
Put vegetables in another bowl - leave bean sprouts seperate.
Over each, pour vineger, salt, pepper, garlic, and soy sauce let marinate for at least 1/2 hour in refrigeator.
Cook meat in wok unitl nearly cooked. Remove to bowl.
Cook vegtables in wok and heat.
Return meat to wok and heat.
When meat is hot, put bean sprouts in wok.
Cook until sprouts start to go limp.
Serve over rice.
