2 cups chicken or pork, sliced thin
2 large onions, sliced
2 pieces clery, diced
1 can bamboo shoots
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can bean sprouts
1 cup chicken broth
ginger
galic

Thickner
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp corn starch or 1/4 cup flour

In small bowl mix all water, soy sauce, sugar, and corn starch or flour.
In wok, cook chicken or pork in oil, ginger, and garlic. Remove meat. Cook onions, celery, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, and bean sprouts. Add meat back in. Add chicken broth. Bring to boil. Add thickner. Stir.
Serve over rice.
